Just like that, week one is in the books! It may only be week one, but a few teams have put the league on notice already, while others may already be regretting some of their draft picks.

WINNERS
HURTS SO GOOD (177)
Week 1 Tim is inevitable! Six starters scored over 20 points including Jackson, Love, Gibbs, Williams, Jefferson, and Flowers, pushing Tim to the highest score in week one over Galen. What an excellent start for Tim, who is hoping that 2026 is the year.
ICECAPS (171)
Also putting up over 170, the Icecaps have a knack for dominating in September. They had four starters over 20 including three over 30 points. Caleb Williams, Swift, Henry, and Montgomery have the look of the most dangerous group in the league. I’m sure they will be fine without Kyler Murray if they get a combined 130 from those four players alone.
SANDSTORMS (165)
Four starters over 20 and this looks like a promising squad. Purdy, Bijan, K9, and Watson lead the way and will look to be the anchors in the lineup. It feels good to be a Sandstorms this afternoon. Hey, where are our 1-0 people at?
MISFITS (140)
Never doubt Josh Allen. Allen’s 40 and Breece Hall’s 20 were the highlights of this lineup on Sunday. The 140 doesn’t event count Skattebo and Moore on the bench as this team also looks promising out of the gate. Could this team be the first to go back-to-back?
SQUATCHES (134)
Hey, what do you want for Jalen Hurts? That’s something only Ezra can answer at this point. Getting 50 points from the QB position and over 30 from special teams was all he needed to take down the Dawgs, (more on that later). Just imagine when Achane and Barkley get going.
LOSERS
GWW (138)
The first victim of no league median. It wasn’t a bad week by any stretch, it’s just he had to face week one Tim. While the roster was solid with eight starters scoring between 9-22 points, no one exploded past the 30-point mark which is where a lot of the separation came this week.
PIRANHAS (129)
Jaxson Dart (34) and $1 FAAB acquisition Goedert (20) led the way. Otherwise, an uninspiring lineup with six players in the scoring range of 5-11. What I am most surprised at is, you have CMC on the roster, and you don’t even put in a bid for Kaelon Black? Jordan might just be full of surprises this season.
AVALANCE (127)
Jeanty and Taylor each scored over 25, making a case for best RB group in the league. Outside of Olave and Mahomes, not too much to say here. Six starters scored in single digits. Maybe the Texans defense (-3) can pull their weight next week.
THUNDER (102)
Here’s where it starts to get bleak. JSN scored 20 points on Wednesday night sending a message to the team about the season ahead. Everyone ignored the memo, with no player scoring over 20 the rest of the weekend. They benched Lawrence (34) but it still wouldn’t have helped the underperforming roster. It may be a long season ahead for this team. But, it could be worse.
DAWGS (73)
When Sam Darnold left after the first drive Wednesday night, it was over. Outside of Prescott’s 18, no player scored over 12. First round pick Chase (1) did no favors as Nick will look to rebound this weekend. My only fear is that I did not see Nick make any waiver moves.
